Cult North organizes educational trajectories and events. Participation is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify or cancel programs in case of unforeseen circumstances.

3. Liability

Cult North is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during our events, except in cases of intent or gross negligence by the foundation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, photos, and designs, is the property of Cult North. It is not permitted to copy or distribute this without prior written permission.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
